The ifa maintains a support fund for employees and their families in financial need. Surpluses are donated to charitable organisations. Last year it was a relief organisation in Ukraine, this year the ifa employees voted to donate the surplus in equal parts to Hope and 4by4care. Hope in Baden offers people in need meeting facilities, sleeping places or addiction counselling. 4by4care plans to use an expedition mobile to supply remote clinics in West and East Asia and Africa with medical material and know-how.

Committed, motivated young people are particularly needed in the healthcare sector. We are very happy to welcome three new apprentices at the ifa: Sophie, Sophia and Simona. We wish them much joy and fulfillment in their training as medical practice assistants. It is an ongoing professional and personal development.
