Procedure
The Health Check for Managers takes place in Baden at the ifa practice premises at Kreuzweg 3. After making an appointment, we will contact you to organize the measurement of heart rate variability (HRV). The HRV measurement can also be carried out outside of Baden.
In this case, you will receive the measuring device by post to your home or business address on your preferred date (at least 2 weeks before the date of the health check). You can set up and start the measuring device yourself with the help of the instruction video. You return the device the following day. The results will be discussed on the day of the health check in Baden.

- Blood chemistry (kidney and liver values, blood lipid values, pancreas, thyroid gland, blood sugar, electrolytes, iron stores)
- Haemoccult (blood in the stool)
- Inflammation values (erythrocyte sedimentation rate, CRP)
- Urinalysis

Data protection
The measurement results are subject to medical confidentiality. The data is stored and archived on the ifa's own servers.
Costs
This comprehensive health check is free of charge for Manor employees. The costs for all the examinations listed above, totalling CHF 1500.–, are covered by Manor.
The following additional examinations are possible for an additional charge of max. CHF 500.–, which must be paid by the employees themselves:
- Hearing test
- Eye test
- Measurement of eye pressure from the age of 45
- For men > 40 years PSA (prostate cancer test)
- X-ray of the lungs in two planes

Appointments can be changed free of charge up to 24 hours (working days) before the agreed date. Any costs incurred will not be covered by Manor.
